Powers are separated
The syndic administers the residence. Only the treasurer can raise a charge call, set the rate or cancel a payment. Nobody holds both at once.
Every action is traced
Every entry is appended, never rewritten, and stays readable by the board.
Receipts are numbered
Sequential numbering per residence and per year, like a counterfoil book. A number cannot be issued twice, nor skipped.
Nothing disappears
A cancelled payment is not deleted: it is reversed, and the entry remains. Co-ownership accounts are corrected, not erased.
European hosting
Your data is stored with Hetzner in Helsinki, inside the European Union. We take no funds: the money stays in your hands.
