Charges billed at the right price
The financier bills a month for the whole residence and each lot pays its own tariff. A month already billed keeps its amount, even if the tariff changes later.

You are trusting us with your residence’s accounts and your neighbours’ details. Here is what that involves, and what we rule out.
Powers are separated
The syndic administers the residence. Only the treasurer can raise a charge call, set the rate or cancel a payment. Nobody holds both at once.
Every action is traced
Every entry is appended, never rewritten, and stays readable by the board.
Receipts are numbered
Sequential numbering per residence and per year, like a counterfoil book. A number cannot be issued twice, nor skipped.
Nothing disappears
A cancelled payment is not deleted: it is reversed, and the entry remains. Co-ownership accounts are corrected, not erased.
European hosting
Your data is stored with Hetzner in Helsinki, inside the European Union. We take no funds: the money stays in your hands.
Your data is yours
Export at any time, with no request and no delay. If you leave, you leave with your lots, your payments and your receipts.
